If the levels are too low, it will tell you and you cannot proceed until you resolve that. If it deems the mic levels are good, you can proceed. It will listen to you as you speak a given text and it will adjust the mic appropriately. If you're familiar with Dragon, you can choose which mic you want to use and then tell it to perform a mic check. The Yeti USB mic (and any usb mic we have tried) is where he's having the issue. The bluetooth plantronics mic works without issue on the computer and inside citrix and inside dragon. According to Nuance, the latest version of Dragon Pro Group is compatible with Citrix.Īs far as the microphones he's using, he has a Plantronics bluetooth headset and a brand new Yeti USB mic which he prefers. Installed on this virtual machine is Nuance Dragon Professional Group v15. He is using Citrix Full Desktop which connects him to a brand new server 2016 virtual machine. We have a client who is using Citrix Receiver version 4.9 on his Windows 7 64bit pc. This question may be ultra specific but I need to put it out there to see if anyone has seen this issue before.
